    6. und Übungsmesser (Tanto). Dazu gehören auch Techniken
    7. Wir lernen auch Ukemi, das kontrollierte Fallen und Abrollen. Im Alltag schützen wir unseren Körper
    8. Da es im Aikido keine Wettkämpfe gibt, entfallen Leistungsdruck und Konkurrenzdenken.
